To prepare instructor candidates to organize, present, and evaluate NRA training using effective teaching methods and NRA standards.

2. Training Philosophy & Adult Learning

  • NRA training philosophy

  • Characteristics of adult learners

3. Instructor Responsibilities

  • Professional conduct and ethics

  • Safety responsibilities as an instructor

  • Legal and liability considerations (overview)

  • Maintaining instructor credentials


4. Course Preparation & Organization
